1. Check that there is Portuguese (Portugal) or Portuguese (Brazil) keyboard in Settings / General / Keyboard / Keyboards.
2. Confirm that Automatic or Portuguese for the Portuguese (Portugal) keyboard, and Portuguese for the Portuguese (Brazil) keyboard in Settings / General / Keyboard / Hardware Keyboard.
3. The Portuguese language code is 3 2, where the mnemonic is P T with the Rivo alphabet layout.
4. The language at L3 can be any Roman alphabet language. The initial factory setting is English.
5. The language at L4 can be any language. The initial factory setting is none.
6. The Portuguese language can be set at either L3 or L4.
7. To set the Portuguese language at L3, press L3 + L1, 6, 3, 2.
8. To set the Portuguese language at L4, press L3 + L1, L4, 6, 3, 2.
9. To unset the language at L4, press L3 + L1, L4, R1.
