1. Check that there is Dutch (Belgium), French (Belgium) or German (Germany) keyboard in Settings / General / Keyboard / Keyboards.
2. Confirm that Automatic, Belgian or French for Dutch (Belgium) keyboard or French (Belgium) keyboard, and Belgian or French for German (Germany) keyboard is selected in Settings / General / Keyboard / Hardware Keyboard.
3. The Belgian language code is 8 1 6, where the mnemonic is B E L with the Rivo alphabet layout.
4. The language at L3 can be any Roman alphabet language. The initial factory setting is English.
5. The language at L4 can be any language. The initial factory setting is none.
6. The Belgian language can be set at either L3 or L4.
7. To set the Belgian language at L3, press L3 + L1, 6, 8, 1, 6.
8. To set the Belgian language at L4, press L3 + L1, L4, 6, 8, 1, 6.
9. To unset the language at L4, press L3 + L1, L4, R1.
