Rivo software version can be read from the Bluetooth device name in the Settings/Bluetooth of the connected device.

To update the software, a PC running Windows version 10, 8, 7, Vista PC or higher, and a USB-C data cable are necessary.

The software update is done as follows:

1. To update Rivo2, download the latest Rivo software "Rivo2_2.x.zip", and unzip it.

2. Run "Rivo2_Updater.exe" in the unzipped folder and follow the screen instructions.

3. When the update is complete, there are 3 short vibrations and Rivo is set to the pairing mode.

4. Delete the previous pairing information from Bluetooth settings of your device, and pair Rivo again.
