To update the Rivo3 software, you will need a PC running Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10, or 11 (or higher) and a USB-C data cable.
Follow these steps to complete the software update:
1. Download the latest Rivo3 software, "Rivo3_3.x.zip," and extract the files.
2. Turn on the Rivo3 and connect it to the computer using the USB-C cable.
3. Run "Rivo3_Updater.exe" or "Rivo3_3.x.exe" from the unzipped folder.
4. Hold down the POWER button and press 2, then release both buttons, and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. The update will take several minutes. Do not disconnect the Rivo3 from the cable until the update is complete, as this may cause a malfunction.
6. Once the update is complete, the Rivo3 will turn off and then turn on again. You may also unplug the USB cable.
7. If necessary, delete the previous pairing information from your device's Bluetooth settings and pair the Rivo3 again.
