You can check the software version of your Rivo2 by viewing the Rivo Bluetooth device name displayed under Settings > Bluetooth on the connected device.
To perform the update, you need a Windows 11, 10, or 8 PC and a Micro-USB data cable.
Follow the steps below:
- Download the latest Rivo2 software package, Rivo2_2.x.zip, and extract its contents.
- Open the extracted folder, run “Rivo2_Updater.exe,” and follow the on-screen instructions.
- When the update is complete, Rivo2 will vibrate three times and automatically enter pairing mode.
- Disconnect the USB cable, pair Rivo2 again, and resume using it.
