You can check the Rivo2 software version in the Bluetooth device name under your device's Settings > Bluetooth menu.
To update the software, you'll need a PC running Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, or Vista (or later), and a USB-C data cable.
Please follow these steps to update your Rivo2:
- Download the latest Rivo2 software package (Rivo2_2.x.zip) and extract its contents.
- Open the extracted folder and run Rivo2_Updater.exe. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- When the update is complete, Rivo will vibrate three times and enter pairing mode.
- Remove the previous Rivo pairing from your device's Bluetooth settings, then pair with Rivo again.
