You can check the Rivo2 software version by viewing the Rivo Bluetooth device name on your connected device under Settings > Bluetooth.
To update Rivo2 to the latest software, you will need a Windows 11/10/8 PC and a Micro-USB data cable.
Update Steps:
- Download the latest software file, “Rivo2_2.x.zip”, and extract it.
- Open the extracted folder, run “Rivo2_Updater.exe”, and follow the on-screen instructions.
- When the update is complete, Rivo2 will vibrate three times and automatically enter pairing mode.
- Disconnect the USB cable, then pair Rivo2 again and use it as usual.
